Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Srikona has started working in 1998 for Classes I to V in a temporary building. Later on in the year 2000 the school has been shifted to its own newly constructed building.

New building of Vidyalaya is situated in ONGC Campus, Srikona. Vidyalaya is about 2 KM from ISBT Silchar. It is 1 section school.It celebrated its first batch of class 10 students in 1995, introduced classes 11 in 2000, and achieved the first batch of class 12 graduates in 2002.
